Lauren Melissa’s work is rooted in the ancient feminine mysteries — the remembrance of a primordial wisdom held within the body, the earth, and the deep feminine.
As leading voice in the reclamation of the Sacred Feminine, her mastery has been forged through years of dedicated study, profound lived initiation and devotion to God.
Her approach is deeply initiatory, weaving the physical, emotional, relational, energetic, and spiritual dimensions of a woman’s life into one comprehensive path of embodied sovereignty — expanding her capacity to live, love, create, and lead from the fullness of who she is.

some kind words from our clients
“
This world blessed me with the most amazing somatic practitioner. We laughed, we prayed, we cried, we journeyed deep inside my womb and moved through different realities of time together. She met me in ways I didn't even know were possible and showed me the true, sacred power within my body. Lauren helped me find inner Union.

I know she was put on my path, in Divine timing, to be a real life earth Angel guiding me and coaching me through some very deep healing in my spiritual awakening. Her support through my beautiful but painful journey of being birthed into a new life all
at the same time has been something I’m incredibly deeply grateful for.

It was clear that Lauren is channeling something much larger than technique alone. Her work carries the signature of divine feminine wisdom: gentle yet powerful, sensual yet grounded, ancient yet incredibly relevant.
She wasn’t just facilitating a class—she was holding a sacred container..

“
Her loving support and the grounded guidance she provided helped me feel truly safe in accessing and releasing the memories stored in my body.
After every session I felt lighter and more grounded in myself, which
was really huge for me considering I mostly lived up in my head
and in the cosmos.
